Wonderful hotel, beautiful location, outstanding Viking dinner. Helpful staff, despite language barrier. Clean, comfortable, and beautiful white water onsen.

This hotel is situated in a beautiful location, with stunning mountain views and tasty mountain water. Despite the minimalistic rooms with thin futon mattresses, the natural hot spring onsen has healing powers. Guests can enjoy buffet-style dining with excellent food quality and a local atmosphere. the friendly staff is eager to assist despite the language barrier.
The breakfast could use improvement as some items were not hot and the fish was overcooked.

The buffet here is a great value, with excellent food that left me five pounds heavier. The natural hot spring is healing and refreshing. the location is spectacular, with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and delicious water due to its high altitude.
The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, with some items not being hot and the fish being overcooked. , the check-out time of 10:00 a.m. is a bit early for those not used to rural areas.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by breathtaking scenery. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, despite the language barrier. The free shuttle service provided by the hotel was very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area. In addition, the hotel offered a ski pass vendor and ski equipment hire, which made our skiing experience hassle-free. We were also pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

The natural hot spring is definitely worth it! It has a great healing power that helped my sore muscles after a long day of work. the food quality is excellent, especially the buffet that offers a better value. Finally, the location is amazing, surrounded by mountains and offering delicious mountain water.
The check-out time is quite early, which is not great for business travelers who need some extra time in the morning. Another negative aspect was the breakfast, which was only okay.

I had an amazing stay! The hotel was super clean and the facilities were great. I was easily able to find parking and the location was outstanding. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly helpful.
